Thank You for the selection of Piya Holiday Home for your Vacation stay! We understand that unexpected circumstances can arise. Here we want to ensure you a smooth & transparent reservation system.This policy outlines our cancellation and refund terms for your booking.


We kindly request cancellations to be made in writing via email at

The date and time we receive your cancellation email will determine the applicable refund amount.

Refund Schedule:

Full Refund: You will receive a full refund of your booking amount for cancellation made 7 days or more before your arrival date.

Partial Refund: Cancellations made between 7 to 5 days before your arrival date will be eligible for a 50% refund.

No Refund: Unfortunately, cancellations made within 5 days of your arrival date, or after the check-in date, will not be eligible for a refund.

Additional Considerations:

Early Departure: In case of an early departure, no refund will be issued for the remaining unused portion of your stay.

Travel Insurance: We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect yourself against unforeseen circumstances that may necessitate a cancellation.

Special Circumstances:

We understand that extenuating circumstances can sometimes occur. In such cases (e.g., serious illness, or natural disaster), we will review cancellation requests on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us directly to discuss your situation.

Changes to Your Reservation:

If you need to modify your reservation dates, we will do our best to accommodate your request subject to availability. Any date changes may be subject to adjustments in the total rate.
